The Company reserves the right to accept a new registration on its website, www.onlinepoojaservices.com, and permit cancellation of administrations obtained and may offer a discount for one or more of the administrations, the registrant may have marked up for cancellation by registrant.

Cancellations received before 48hrs of the day of service may be eligible to receive upto 50% refund of booking amount after deduction of administrative cost determined by the company for the particular services. Cancellations received within 48hrs from the service date Will Not be eligible for a refund under any condition.

If the service was provided as a part of a promotional offer, loyalty scheme or any type of benefits, there will be refund only to the extent of the actual money paid by the registrant.All refund requests must be made by the registrant as it were from the same mail which was utilized at the time of marking up that is put away with the company. No refund request or cancellation request received will be entertained if it is from a different email id.

Discount demands must incorporate the installment exchange subtle elements and other points of interest as indicated from time to time along with the and reason for cancellation. In case of pooja bookings, if the allotted pandith reaches the venue on time but customer decides not to have the pooja performed (due to some reasons), there will be no refund provided. A pooja booking can be rescheduled once at no extra cost. The rescheduling request should be sent atleast 48 hrs before the date of the services.
